My mother is currently applying for a loan Modification. On her Expenses log even thou she

has not paid any of her credit cards [she wants to file bankruptcy after a hopeful Loan Mod].

Does that have to be reported those monthly due payments?

Oddly enough, no.

She may have some trouble convincing her lenders she is not paying but probably not. Her lates will be reflected on her credit report so they should see them.

This is an ideal way to reduce Debt to Income ratio, if needed to qualify. Of course, include the payments if you need them for your DTI calcuations.
