Redondo Beach bargain hunters | Abandon hope!


Real estate tip:

A mere 11-days on the market 1807 Carnegie Lane 1, Redondo Beach, CA 90278 is pummeled by no less than 7 super eager buyers.

Intrigued and encouraged by the completely reasonable list price of $399.000? Too bad, so sad. Insiders say this puppy is already pushing $425,000. Don’t expect this baby to close escrow for too much less than $450,000 (IMHO). Of course, that should just push it to the brink of appraised value. Sorry Mr. Real Estate Appraiser. Sucks to be you.

Hermosa Beach | Ocean views


Why don’t I live in Hermosa Beach? Why don’t I go there more often?

Who knows, but looking at the the pics of this house it’s a mistake. Here is an interesting multi-media tour. The whole thing is a little busy for my taste. But if you are in the market presumably you are willing to overcome the 30 second learning curve (including 5-seconds to figure out how to turn off the music. Hint: upper right!).

This tour has all kind of semi-confusing (but cool) features. If you click on a camera icon on the floorplan you get a photo from that perspective.

Lovely home, huh? Sure, it’ll set you back a few bucks. But if you’re shopping in this price range you’ll appreciate the sqft, view and location.

Loan Modification email helpline

Oddly enough, no.

She may have some trouble convincing her lenders she is not paying but probably not. Her lates will be reflected on her credit report so they should see them.

This is an ideal way to reduce Debt to Income ratio, if needed to qualify. Of course, include the payments if you need them for your DTI calcuations.
